By following these guidelines together, we can all help create a welcoming environment where everyone enjoys nature respectfully and leaves a positive impact. Whether you’re a seasoned LARP camper or joining us for the first time, your thoughtful actions help protect the wild spaces we all cherish. Let’s work as a team to look after the land, support one another, and ensure our shared experiences are memorable for all the right reasons. Emergency Procedures:<\/strong> Familiarise yourself with the site\u2019s emergency protocols and keep a first aid kit accessible at all times. Respect Nature:<\/strong> Only camp in designated areas and avoid disturbing local wildlife, plants, or natural features.<\/p>\n\n\n\n Composting Toilets:<\/strong> Use composting toilets provided at the site and follow posted instructions to help maintain proper composting processes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n Leave No Trace:<\/strong> Remove all rubbish and belongings when you depart. Dispose of waste responsibly in designated bins or take it home.<\/p>\n\n\n\n No Electronic Music:<\/strong> To maintain the natural atmosphere, electronic music and amplified sound systems are strictly prohibited.<\/p>\n\n\n\n Campfires:<\/strong> Only light fires in approved fire pits. Never cut live wood or damage trees; use fallen branches for fuel if available or use wood from the wood store if available. It is recommended to also bring your own wood supply.<\/p>\n\n\n\n Water Use:<\/strong> Use water sparingly, and avoid polluting streams, ponds, or other water sources. No soap or chemicals should be used in natural water bodies.<\/p>\n\n\n\n Minimal Impact:<\/strong> Set up tents and props in a way that minimises impact on the ground and vegetation.<\/p>\n\n\n\n Noise Levels:<\/strong> Keep noise to a minimum after 1am out of respect for fellow campers and local wildlife.<\/p>\n\n\n\n Eco-Friendly Products:<\/strong> Use biodegradable soaps, detergents, and toiletries wherever possible. This is essential to the use of the land and to avoid contaminating the water table.<\/p>\n\n\n\n Recycling:<\/strong> Participate in any site recycling programmes and separate recyclables from general waste.<\/p>\n\n\n\n Wildlife Safety:<\/strong> Do not feed, approach, or disturb animals.
